This is my 9th stay at this hotel and it just keeps getting better. When we arrive at the hotel we are welcomed like family and to us it’s like coming home. The staff remember you and are so friendly, welcoming and helpful and it’s always like this. We don’t have the most expensive room but everyone is treated the same with exceptional service from the fab bar and restaurant staff to house keeping and the pool guy who always goes the extra mile. The hotel is spotless you couldn’t fault it and the food is out of this world.
